We tried at home here in USA on my FIL ... 3 months only leafy veggies,nuts, oats, very minimal oil usage...no nonveg/milk/egg at all... daily 2miles walk ..eating little quantities per meal.... results were too good... his insulin dose was reduced to half in just 3months...

ee thread lo speaker annai eddhae?? sugar vuntae try ACV and baking soda in the morning...and also black strap molasses as you age...serum potassium level taguthadhi...so cells cannot absorb glucose....ee ACV and BSM lo potassium akkuva vutnadhi...it helped lot of ppl...and also exercise....oxidation is important...for cells to absorb glusoce...

Manthena chepthunnadhi is not new to the world...and for Indians, its in our DNA I wud say...

of course, English doctors wont agree this... they want to give medicine on the symptoms of disease than trying to advice on the prevention to the patient...

You guys are missing a point here....

To control the Diabetes...weight loss is one of the point..but this weight loss is good for over weight people...but not like me...I am not over weight...even if you loose the weight..you should loose fats only not the muscle....muscle is more important to Diabetes people

Every time we complain about weight loss he simply says..please trust me if you stay till the end of camp you will be free from Diabetes...so I trusted him..because my main health is Diabetes...

and every week they take blood sample and show us great results from their own lab inside the ashramam...we contacted VIMTA labs and brought them inside with a big fight with Ashramam management...all VIMTA lab results are exactly opposite of ashramam results...we wanted to beat him to the core...he simply escaped from the ashramam..

Last year, I went on a no salt no oil diet... Could sustain for 3 months....not beyond... And the weight loss was not worth the trouble ani decide ayya... Body shivers ochhevi oka stage lo... But need to accept, it was the single steepest decrease in weight I have had in a decade... Of course, since stopping the diet, gained back everything and a little more (just little :D )

My height is 6 feet 1 inch..I am perfectly alright with my BMI...When I consulted them they mentioned my diabetes will be under control after my diabetic camp.

But all of our camp people sugars were not in control and all of us lost so much of weight and muscle...everyone is more than 30 lbs under weight which is very dangerous....people just like that faint in the rooms and batch rooms due to lack of salts..and they will put them on IV Saline immediately.....

as I mentioned in my previous post ..There are lot of things which I can't even disclose here...

I went there in 2015 January. He doesn't have any practical proven results, he simply says, he experimented on him.

I went there for Diabetic camp not for weight reduce. But it doesn't matter for what camp you go there, the procedures and treatments all same for everyone.

When I went there I was 180 pounds, by the time I came out I was 110 pounds.

I was like skeleton, I complained him so many times about my drastic weight loss and at the same times sugars are not controlled, he simply says don't worry. But I lost all my muscle, now I am in the process of building my muscle back.

They have their own pathology lab in side the ashramam, they show all fake results. We demanded them to test our blood in VIMTA labs (National reputed lab in India), VIMTA lab results are exactly opposite. In our batch we are 50 people, we wanted to beat, he came to know about it and escaped to Bodhan ashramam in midnight.

They have their own MAA tv team and editing office in the ashramam. They emotionally black mail the people like you can come and talk infront of camera so that you can be telecasted on the TV etc...then all these people says he is good ..ashramam is great etc. So many people mentioned about good and bad about ashramam...they never telecasted people who talked about bad...

I am not writing this hatred etc..I am the victim of this MS Raju

It is a big Mafia....

Pure cow ghee in very low quantities is very good for health

Cheese should be ok in moderation if taken in high quality form, not the regular stuff

Farmer, watch Netflix videos on food how food industry focus on protein alone
Protein needs are different for different life styles and occupations

Less than 35 grams is quiet sufficient for a person who goes to office comes back , regular office life
If a person indulges in other activities, he may require more

What was to.d is 65 grams is not required for all

cheese has a lot of nutritional....is a pretty good source of protein, especially for vegetarians and occasional meat eaters...has almost equal grams of protein and fat ( can vary a bit, based on the type of cheese)...has zero carbs....is very well tolerated by people with lactose intolerance....etc.... ( many adult asians have lactose intolerance).....no need to skip cheese as long as u can incorporate those calories into your total caloric count....

cheese and ghee we can make at home so we can be sure about quality and so health risk is low.

Always use (cold pressed) oils in moderation rotating the variety every 3 months so that you get the nutrients which is missing in a particular variety.
safflower is best for cholesterol control, again not the refined variety.

Refined oils are the worst.Just imagine you are duping benzene, hexane,varnish kind of chemicals into your body along with food.

I lost around 12 KGs (26.2 lbs) in the last 3 months by sticking back to the basics. calorie counting and 30 mins of intense aerobic excercise. anthaku mundu explore chesina options cheptha.

1. oka nature cure ki velthe, vaadu uncooked food once a day and 2 cups ok khichdi with out salt cooked with lot of desi cow ghee tinte chalu annadu.
2. oka homeo doctor deggariki velthe cholestrol medicine icchadu. naaku cholestrol ledu magada ante, fat gaa unnavu cholestrol unde untadi. Lipid profile test is not the right indicator annadu.
