underweight laantivi maamulu vallaki ..wanted cutting chese vallaki kaadu..and muscular body ki overweight is not a concept..his weight is muscles not fat..

.( as said earlier 160 with 34 inch waist..lots of fat...then lost lots of fat and muscle too... 128 lbs and 29.5 inch waist..now 143 lbs with 29.5 inch waist...aiming 165 with 31 inch waist.. then cutting back) and then again bulking and cutting finally settling at 155..it takes two years time for kind of diet and type of body...)

by the way my height is 173cms..128 lbs is not under weight..when i take my shirt off at 128.. i wont look like a normal guy whose weight is

earlier bulk ide weight ki I had 32 inch waist..

earlier bulk i weighed 160 but then i avoided eggs(being veggie) and ate palnt sourced protein.. but body chaala laavu ekkindi being high carb diet... i hated the way i looked did cutting to 128 lbs..

this time my protein is from animal sources ..like eggs and milk..there was a visible change...infact naalaa two times(10 miin hiit,80 min gym) workout chese vallaki 3600 is not much...I may even eat 4000 soon...later reducing to 2800 to 2400 cal in cutting phase next year..

jandhyam tho eight pack photo petti teerutha ani vja2va ki promise maadithini...right now have four packs..

Don’t eat fruit and veggies together. Fruits digest quickly and should be eaten on its own. Green leafy vegetables such as spinach, chard, collards, etc are the only vegetables that will combine okay with fruits. Consider tossing them together in a blender to make a green smoothie.

Buy organic kale
Buy organic Parsley

Add 2 : 1 : 1/2 ratio veggies......dheeniki add blueberries, peel lime skin and half of it, 1/4th green apple add cheyyali.

Blend it to a fine smoothie.

intha avasarama raajan...whey protein ni workout tharuvaatha is fine...

maamulu vaallu roju taagalsina avasaram ledu...adi two scoops..but vutti punyana ade ante its not fine ..after all its a supplement ..better use milk...more over ur body cant process more than 35 gms protein at a time

Gatha 6 month nunchi walmart lo oo 10$ blender tecchi suruvu chesna.. just for trial.. mari 400 petti blender enduku ani..

1) 2 scoops protien
2) 1 Banana
3) 1 coop shredded Almonds
4) 3 Strawberries
5) 1cup oats.

if you need little more heavy, add 2scoops of peanut butter..

Asalu muscle .. dini talli 2 days lo back to normla.
