No fixed schedule

sometimes 5-6 hours and other times 7-9 hours

mostly never go to bed before 12.. sometimes at at 1 or 2 am also in the weekends

never an early riser... school days lo 6.30 to 7 wake up.. weekends lo 9 or 10
Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresea, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein

many times sleeping very late could be due to having dinner late. have your dinner by 7/8 and sleep by 10.

other way is get up forcibly at 5 am. pain for few weeks but once u get used to it, will love the climate, peacefulness and best time for yoga/dhyanam.

then automatically u feel sleepy by 10

Healthy sleep habit.No need to change. Less than 7 hours sleep and more than 8 hours sleep not good for heath.

8 - 10 hours weekends.

No NAPS generally, but 10 to 15 min. dozing off occasionally.

WEEKDAYS - 11:30-11:45 PM ki mundu Nidra ane aalochane undadu and aa tarvatha upakraminchi oka 12:15-12:30 ki nidra poyi I get up at 6:30 AM. So effectively 6 hrs sleep!

WEEKDAYS - 1:30 ki mundu no way and aa tarvatha padukoni getup at around 8:30...so 6 hours of good sleep!

But seriously think I am not effective due to this and at least 7+ undaale sleep anukuntunna!

subconscious lo mind will be alert usually and rarely one will miss stop. once or twice miss ayina next alavatu aipotundi.

For me any travel more than 15 mins means sleep time. most of the times I don't even wait until take off if in flight (local one hour flight ayina sare). touch wood so far so good and I can sleep anytime anywhere if needed..

not fixed hours.. time to time i end up sleeping couple of hours a night...

but standard ga ayithe
10 to 4 most days...
some days 12 to 6
some days 2 to 8

on random days i sleep around 10 and wake up around 11 the next day.... if i dont have any important work..

student ga unappudu.. there were days, when i used to miss a day... ofcourse, there used to be days when wouldnt sleep

between 6 to 7 hours M-T. about 5 hours of F-S. will cover some sleep with power naps on Sat afternoon or in between.

morning 5 tarvata asalu paDukonu unless I am very very tired. Then will getup at 5.30 or worst case 6.

6 hours solid sleep is enough any thing extra is bonus until it reaches 7 to 7.5 hours. aa tarvata is not needed and should not be done

Ask for ergonomic chair or a raised desk at work. Work on your feet.
