most of the people are thinking that these scrutiny only applies to certain soc codes, they just gave it as an example anthe any soc code with wage level 1 and level 2 will be tough to defend as specialty occupation as level 1 is entry level and level 2 is 2-3 yrs who works under supervision. at present wage level 3 and 4 ithe safe antunanru again we have to wait until the end of this year to see how uscis enforces these rules. in future if ur salary is already higher than level 4 then ask your employer to file lca as level 4 for FT ppl it won't be possible as they have to do this via promotion Tracking vunna chota week tracking leni chota stronge………. | ||

Spoke to my employer.. as of now they dont have any information and he hasnt heard abt this thing specifically from attorney (attorney did send an email about the programmer analyst thing)... just like any employer he said there is nothing to worry as of now and even if rules change they will give enough time to correct the applications.. My wife spoke to her employer and their attorney is Reddy Neuman - koncham pedda attorney and i think most of the DB folks know this firm.. as per her employer waiting for the complete picture on new changes and as of now nothing to worry (like any other employer)... I suggest everyone to review their LCA once and check what is in section G and line 8, If it is for level 1, then I would suggest you to contact your company ASAP and get it changed. As DOL also got involved, I would be extra caution and verify. If you have Level 1, don't go for Visa. | ||
