may not be true..we all need 90-110Grams of protein per day..to reach the daily goal whey protein use avuthundhi since food nunchi raavali antey kashtam. BTW i am yet to start whey protein but very soon planning to include in my macros.

Rice is as good as wheat and millets. Rice has been consumed over centuries without issues

Rice eaten with Dal, Vegetables, lean meat - all properly cooked reduces its glycemic affect

some one went overboard and said, ganji varchi biyyam tinandi ani. that is even catastrophic. Many of the left over nutrients to wash away

if one is healthy without health issue enjoy all things with moderation, positive attitude, socializing.

if one is athlete or doing some special they need to care for thier special diet.

na latest discovery , if slept > 6 hrs my body weighs 2lbs less than usual

i'm 510 manchi shape lo undewadini with 185-190 ...last 5-6 months dind't take care and added another 10 pounds ...now at 195-200 need to shed 20 pounds... just started workout...problem is no food control...but with vigorous workout i can shed few pound ...,,sheddig 20 would require some kramasishana..,

All this "don't eat after 6", "don't eat after 7" is bollocks. As long as you give yourself a 2-3 hour break after dinner before you hit the bed, that should be fine. If you eat at 6 and sleep at 12, you will feel hungry at 9 again.

Drink water regularly
sleep well, about 7 hours
Not too many carbs
dont keep stomach empty for long hours
dont eat too much
avoid/limit alchohol
every day, some physical activity
dont sit hours and hours
not veg is NOT the cause for over weight

No sugar, eat brown rice, limit deep fried food - if need to, eat only home made deep fried, limit processed food intake.

I eat rice and ghee a lot, weekly once non-veg, if travelling, then it becomes 2-3 times. But rice undalamma, lekapothe athi kashtam, ika roju typical andhra food - dosas, idli, upma, puri, pulusulu, kuralu, karalu antha normal.

5-7, 135 pounds.

Thats the best of cooking so most of vitamins etc u dont loose
And eat min 6 times a day

Next every day exercise 30min to one hour

Then i bet you will see change in one month

Again what u eat tells how u look

try to do 250 steps atleast 10 hours out of 12 hours.

carbs cut ante deep fries weekly once aithe ok antava..
