All this "don't eat after 6", "don't eat after 7" is bollocks. As long as you give yourself a 2-3 hour break after dinner before you hit the bed, that should be fine. If you eat at 6 and sleep at 12, you will feel hungry at 9 again. |

No sugar, eat brown rice, limit deep fried food - if need to, eat only home made deep fried, limit processed food intake. I eat rice and ghee a lot, weekly once non-veg, if travelling, then it becomes 2-3 times. But rice undalamma, lekapothe athi kashtam, ika roju typical andhra food - dosas, idli, upma, puri, pulusulu, kuralu, karalu antha normal. 5-7, 135 pounds. |

Also, fitbit konukunnanu.. daily 8K steps limit pettukunnanu and hourly 250 steps from 6am to 6pm set chesukunnanu.. try to do 250 steps atleast 10 hours out of 12 hours. 8K steps chestunnanu daily.. idi vachinappatnunchi goal reach avataniki ayina konni extra steps vestunnanu, and it helped me.. water kooda weekdays min 80ozs taagutaanu, somedays more than that also.. |

Rice ki equal ga curry vesukuntaanu.. chicken mutton bhiryani, out side dinners, pizza all normal ga ne tintunnanu.. indian buffe ki kooda veltanu monthly twice.. but in control tintunnanu.. Weekdays lo most of the days lunch time 30 mins walk aa walk madhyalo 10 floors climbing. Jan 1st ki na wt 197 lbs. Jan nunchi LA fitness join ayyanu.. weekly min 3 times compulsory veltunanu. vellinappudu either cycling/zumba class attend avutaanu. aa taruvata konni machines.. idi na routine.. ee roju na weight 183.8lbs... I am very happy..
