I got it too .. you pay taxes to the state and it was pulled from that database, I was not even paying property tax .. what does that have to do to this voting .. she did due to lack of knowledge If someone is illegal , why would they take the risk to go vote ? - | ||

there is a process in place.. the registrations are validated . Her mistake was caught in 2015.. evaru padithe vallu velli vote veyyaleru.. you have to be registered and generally evey polling station has agents(multiple) from both parties who check registered votes!! Registration process lo irregularities jaruthaya.. obviously like any cases.. her registration was cancelled in April 2015( she first voted in 2012) indicates how they are even catching up with irregularities. This is as much (or even lesser ) representative of a voter fraud than an accident is to murder. | ||

Is she eligible to vote? No. Could she have used a better defense lawyer to get a lower sentence?Yes. Does this show that there is possibility of systemic voter fraud? Yes. She made a mistake. Look at the story , she was brought here as an infant. She is 37 years old. That would be in 1980. Amnesty was granted almost 3 times since then. At some point, her mom got deported and she was granted permanent residency. It is quite possible she has been under the thought process, She is already a citizen without citizenship. Some state laws don't require id verification. Some are probably archaic systems. This case is evidence enough to assume some level of voter fraud. Antenduku, I received jury summons while I was on H1b. Ofcourse, I said I am not a citizen and got the summons revoked or dismissed. | ||
