Breeds is a secondary issue. It is a Hindu festival race which does not harm non-participants. So it cannot be banned. Period. This should be the reasoning. Comedian judges should be able to reconcile the reasons given in other cases like bakrid(where animal is killed) and in this case(where animal is not killed & lives full life). Judges can get away for now for lack of basic principles but in this age of info, it won't work for long. Forget about all this.
