Irrespective of when I fall asleep in the night, I have to catch a NYC bound train every morning between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM, at least 3 days a week.
Summer lo parents were visiting, so vaallu nidra lepevaaru...
Ippudu winter lo single-singinaadham... 2 am ki nidra padithey... deep-sleep koodaa yemi ledu.. light sleep ye, until 4 or 4:30ish... 5 daatithey matuku vollu teliyatamledu deep sleep lo... inka nidra lechesariki at least 8:00 AM ayipothondi...
6:15 nunchi every 5 mins ki alarm pettukunnaa.. asalu cheema kuttinantha sound koodaa vinapadatamledu early morning deep-sleep lo...
early to bed is safe bet, but wine or whiskey or beer, only increased my alcohol abuse problem, rather than helping fix my sleep.
Life lo eppudu intha tension free, confident, trouble-free inthaku mundara lenu.. ayinaa idokkate problem.. I have to wake up early, so I have to fall asleep early, and that's not happening...

how long do you sleep if un-interrupted. if you are sleeping more than 4 hours in a stretch, its not insomnia, you need to adjust your biological clock. workout early morning, and end with slow walk before you intent to sleep.

if you workout in the evenings, it should not be heavy, based on your current cycle, you will get a short nap, and then you will wake with being more active.

my sleeping hours are all over the place. so far, i get on bed and close my eyes, im gone in few minutes, if i havent slept in the past 6hrs or so.

it looks to me, my personal opinion though, for most of the ailments there is no clue as to why and how exactly things work, the very mechanism of it is not understood. i dont think medicine understands even 50% of the body functioning yet. the body could be a function several variable variables. it's a tough problem to solve..but one day it could anyway be solved i feel. gene therapy, stem cell therapy, regenerating tissues, replacing body parts with machines or ultimately porting the whole mind to machine may happen in the future.

- take bath with luke warm water
- if you are planning to sleep by 10 pm, having small glass milk + pinch of cinnamon powered , have it
- stop seeing all online content from atleast 1 hr
- listen to some nice music
- have a good short talk with kids and hm

your situation will def improve




it may help for some.. but not for everybody...

i have the same problem. as far as i know there is no complete cure. mine is chronic. no home remedies or workout, early to bed, breathing techniques etc work... sleeping pills may work. i tried melatonin, it works sometimes initially. different remedies may work for different ppl but there is no universal cure.

if still issue sleep centers untayi which monitor ur sleep and diagnoze them.

my advice heat heavy food in the night, eat it like around 7.00PM,

what's going on your mind during this time? That is crucial.. when you go to bed mind should be blank.. should not bring any thoughts to the bed.. i know it is hard but i am able to do it.. for me it is hard to go back to sleep if i wake up in the middle of the night..

alantidi edanna oka documentary(esp, Morgan Freeman voice over) pettukunte konchem atu itu ga kashtapadite 1hr lo nidra attestadi .. kani pakkana madam ki kopam vachestadi, so, maree kashtakalam lo tappa idi try cheyyanu

remedy kosam relaxation music apps chala try chesanu ... evi work out avvaledu ... recent ga eenadu thatha soujanyam tho PZIZZ ani oka app kanapadindi ... aa app pettukunte adedo anesthesia ichinattu within 5-10min deep sleep lo ki ellipotunna ... it is really amazing zing zing ... try cheyyandi

aa schedule choosi nidra ela vastadi anukunnav? how andi, how? Move everything at least two hours ahead...dinner by 7:30, in-bed by 9:30...No Cellphone/iPads/TVs in the bedroom, read a book, if you want to kill time...emina workout chestaava evening la? lekpothay start cheyyi, simple half an hour walk is enough...taruvaata report cheyyi results.

you have to go to bed by 10pm.. if you cross that sleeping time.. you would endup getting into half sleep around 2 am.. which would result in sleepless day..

Nuvvu, Nenu same persons ma?

Nidra vishayam lo exact pattern man for the last 3 years. Only thing is I wake up at 7:30 AM as my commute is very less.

Strange thing is, sleeping 4 to 7 hours during weekdays doesn't affect the day time work. Very rarely I feel sleepy after lunch at work.

How to reset sleep-cycles?
Daily dinner complete chesedi 9:30 ki, bed yekkedi 10:30 or 11.
But, nidra maatram 2 AM daaka pattatamledu.. sometimes even 4 AM.
Yem tensions levu.. overly relaxed job, recently client changed.
Problem is morning 6:30 ki compulsory nidra levaali.. alarm sound assalu vinapadanu vinapadatamledu.. late gaa nidra patti.. late gaa nidra levatam is the problem....
11 ki bed yekkithey.. within 5 mins nidra pattelaagaa remedies yenti?
Don't say exercising.. daily 3 hours commute loney vuntunnaa.. time ledu, and added to that, ippudu winter koodaa vachhesindi..
smoking baagaa tagginchi daily only 2 or at most 3 ciggies veligisthey koodaa.. after 2 or 3 days this sleeplessness problem is repeating..
Is there a universal remedy for this?
