Naa first ultrabook, bought on Amazon US. $830 including taxes. Wanted a lightweight, long battery, great screen, Windows laptop. Options were Dell XPS 13, HP Spectre and Asus Zenbook. Most reviews put Dell XPS13 at the top but it was over $1100. Asus was $300 cheaper. Been using it for over a month, absolute delight. The regular Asuz Zenbook UX305CA is even lighter and slimmer but the processor was the M3 one which has been reported as weak. I wanted a core i5 one, that is available in the UX305UA. There is i7 too with 512 GB SSD but that is close to a lakh. The only drawback is the absence of a backlit keyboard but considering that in the last one month, i have hardly needed it, it might just be an overrated feature that few miss. Evarikaina Windows ultrabook kavalante, with a cheaper price tag than the XPS13, i can unhesitatingly recommend. |
