Boss, please donot leave your kids with a Nanny where there is a suspicion money and passports are nothing i think you should remove her. Not sure what she can do with passports create fake ones ? | ||

Advantage of daycare is, there will be more eyes on your kid, its not easy to ill treat anyone in big day cares, yes koncham extra pay cheyyalemo, but worth every penny | ||

better get people in your town who are residents.. I hope you contacted refferals. How could you get nany for kids without doing background check? You can find nanny in care.com who lives near by you in town. If you ask me- thanu home ki vachinappudu usual ga, Tell her that in the baby monitor you have seen what she has done. She can keep the money, but give the passports as for re-applying for lost passports, police complaint is needed and she doesn't need that. Nanny's race doesn't matter here.. I would NEVER leave my kids with any nanny given your suspicious circumstances...They are the most precious we have, don't even think about letting her babysit again...You work from Home for a few days and admit them in a licensed and reputed day care. | ||

Hired a nanny for kids (5 & 3 years). Nanny's second day Lost kids passports and 2 $50 bills. Wife put them in master bed drawer. Wife saw them in the morning Asked elder kid if nanny went to bedroom. Kid exactly showed the drawer and was explaining how nanny was searching the drawers Scary What should we do? Called 911, the lady said not to worry too much. She said, if we are sure that she stole, she suggested us to fire her and reapply for passports |
