Full story - Idhantha mana (CBN and yellas) twisted and crooked politics: **1) Panchayathi Raj dept 2005 Pachayathi elections sambandhinchi GO 338 pass chesindhi to create Tirumala township, because some one had filed a petition that Tirumala is a village (and so elections should happen there) . **2) That GO preserved the status quo (10.33 sq miles) of what was in the records from GO 1605 and GO 1784 from 1970s - nothing more nothing less. **3) Yellas (TDP) started misinformation campaign that this GO reduced the # of hills, which was the cheapest of cheaps. **4) Based on this Govt asked a fact finding committee, and the recommendation was to change the GO to 7 hills and more **5) YSR issues GO 747 to take care of those recommendations So the fact is that YSR actually increased the scope to 7 hills (from 2 hills which was GO 1605), added teerthams + pathways + many other temples around Andhra by working with Center to get forest land to TTD. It is also learnt that the Tourism Department plans to establish Multiplexes, Food Courts and other Entertainment and Recreational Spots on Tirumala Hills. The Committee feels that in order to facilitate the activities of Tourism Department on the hills, the area of TTD is restricted to two hills covering an area of 27.5 sq.kms. The EO was handed over a copy of the Judgment of a Division Bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court reported in 1997(2) ALD Page 59 (DB) – Tallapakam Koppu Raghavan Vs State of A.P. (Copy of the Judgment is enclosed as Annexure-V). The Division Bench has observed in that Judgment as follows:- “Although there is no documentation available as the origin is lost in antiquity, there is no attempt made before us to question the ownership of the Lord Venkateswara of Seven Hills. This being true and a real concept the Board of Trustees, the Committee or the Executive Officer are only administrators of the property of Lord Venkateswara. They can have no right of ownership in themselves and they cannot thus decide to do anything against the interest of the right of the owner i.e., in the instant case, Lord Venkateswara. Once the ownership is resolved and the right to administer is deemed to vest as provided under Article 26 of the Constitution of India in the plurality of the devotees and regulated by the provisions of the Act and Rules framed thereunder, no administrator, whether appointed under the Act or otherwise can take liberty to destroy the sanctity and Holiness of the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams and domain, as we have already held, extends to all the Seven Hills called ‘Tirumala’.†Earlier the Division Bench in para-3 held is as follows:- “It is not in dispute that pilgrims in thousands and millions in number sometimes visit the temple and there is no day which is not full of activities of the pilgrims and various rituals, poojas and rites of the cult preserved since antiquity and no part of the Seven Hills, except some secular activities which are essential for the service of Lord Venkateswara, is free from religious activities in and around the temple right from the Foot Hills on all sides.†The EO replied that he will look into the matter. The Sacred Seven Hills :- The Committee is of the considered opinion that restricting the area of TTD to only 21 KMs covering 2 hills, runs counter to the ancient texts and age old traditions and practices of the temple and that the Hindus always considered Sri Venkateswara as Lord of the Seven Hills and lakhs of devotees climb the Seven Hills with utmost devotion and reverence bare footed chanting the names of Lord Venkateswara. The Committee further feels that opening the Seven Hills to the Tourism Department will destroy the sanctity, serenity and spirituality of the Seven Hills and will seriously hurt the feelings of the Hindus throughout the Country and the World. | ||

Hyderabad letter in Rc.No. DPI/7 956/ 2015, dt.25-4-2015. -o0oO R D E R: The following notification will be published in an Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dt.15-9-2015:- PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION The following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Dharmika Parishad Rules, 2009, issued in G.O. Ms.No. 1206, Revenue (Endt.I) Dept., dt.25-11-2009 are proposed to be made in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 152 read with section 153 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.30 of 1987) is hereby published for general information in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette as required under sub-section (1) of section 153 of the said Act. Notice is hereby given that, the aforesaid amendments will be taken into consideration by the Government on or after expiry of Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that, any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person, with respect thereto within the aforesaid period will be taken into consideration by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Objections and suggestions should be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue (Endowments) Department, Andhra Pradesh, Secretariat, Hyderabad in duplicate. AMENDMENTS 1. Rule 6 of the said Rules shall be substituted as follows:- 6. Subject to other Rules herein, the term of un-official Members of Dharmika Parishad shall be five years from the date of taking oath of office. However, the Andhra Pradesh Dharmika Parishad is a perpetual body with the Official Members mentioned in Section 152 of the Act. 2. In Sub-Rule (ix) of Rule 11 of the said Rules, the word “forty five†shall be substituted as “fortyâ€. 3. Rule 17 shall be substituted as follows : 17. Notwithstanding anything in these Rules and any other Rules for the time being, the quorum necessary for the (p.t.o.) ::2:: transaction of business at a meeting of the Dharmika Parishad shall be half of the sitting Members. If Y S Rajasekar is Antonia Maino-Mary's henchman in christianisation of the TTD, Samuel has his henchman at Tirumala - Dharma Reddy, the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) appointed by him at Tirumala. The Office of the Joint Executive Officer (JEO) in Tirumala is a very powerful post. Sometimes more powerful that that of the Executive Officer's because the occupant of the JEO's post is the man on the spot at Tirumala while the EO operates from Tirupati's TTD Administrative Buildings and is just the figure-head of the TTD Institutions. The tenure of the JEO's post is for one year and is renewable at the pleasure of the Chief Minister and the TTD Board. The previous JEO was one Balasubramanian, who had seven such one year extensions courtesy Chandra Babu Naidu. Most people in Tirupati confirm that during his period there were neither rumours of christism in Tirumala nor any room to complain on the proliferation of other religious practitioners on the Sacred Hills. When Y S Rajasekhar decided to "place" a pliable henchman as the JEO, his obvious choice was Dharma Reddy. However, Samuel could not make Dharma Reddy as the JEO because Dharma Reddy is not an IAS official and only IAS officials can become JEO of the Tirumala guru murthi - 27 de maio de 2009 - denunciar abuso Mandir. And years later the christists can put up a shakle of a church to start with and claim that this is beyond the boundaries of the Lord's property. The christists have cleverly plotted their first move for legitimising a future plan of illegal occupation (AAthathayEE). For centuries, Hindus thought that the entire 7 Hills measuring approx 243 Sq Kms is Bhagawan Balaji's (That the entire world and beyond is His is a different question). Therefore, we worship Him as the Lord of the Seven Hills (Sapta Giri vasa). What kicked off the row was the apprehension among devotees and various Hindu organisations that in the wake of the Government Order (GO), Tirumala would no longer remain the sacred ?Seven Hills?, as it is called from the days of the yore but would have to be content with only two hills as the remaining five would go out of its purview. A ?Sankalpa Diwas? (the day to take a pledge) was held under the banner of the ?Tirumala Tirupati Samrakshana Samithi? with the Swamiji of Pejawar Mutt, Udipi, to protest the GO. The meet also expressed its deep concern over the reported increase in evangelical activities at Tirumala and Tirupati and quoted experts in this connection from the report submitted by the five-member fact-finding committee appointed by the pontiff of Pejawar with Justice Bikshapathy, former High Court Judge, as its head. Court ruling cited The meet cited a High Court ruling, which said: ?The rights of Tirumala-Tirupati vest with Lord Venkateswara himself and the trust board and the Executive Officer are only trustees of the property. None can take any measures violating the right. All the seven hills fall under Tirumala (W.P.No:26145 of 1996-97(2) ald 59 (db) DT.7.9.96. Besides Pejawar Swamiji, the summit was attended among others by Shri Dayananda Saraswati, founder of the Arsha Vidya Peetham, Varada Ramanuja Jeeyar from Uttar Pradesh and members of the fact-finding committee?T.S. Rao, retired DGP, R. Srihari, former V-C of the Dravidian University, Krishnaiah, State BC welfare leader. The meeting adopted five major resolutions concerning the entire gamut of the issue and also to set August 9 as the deadline for the government/TTD to remove all ?distortions? failing which it threatened that the entire Hindu samaj would raise in revolt for a second yatra apparently referring to the ?Ayodhya Rath Yatra?. The summit also passed a ?Tirupati Declaration? to fight against the organisations, government, political parties and media that worked against the interest of the Hindu society. Resolutions As for the resolutions adopted amidst shouts of ?Govinda-Govinda? from the participants, the first one wanted that the state government should enact a new law declaring that Tirumala meant ?Seven Hills? after duly rectifying the flaw in its earlier GO. In the second resolution, the sadhus? summit called upon the TTD to dismiss all non-Hindu staff members from Tirumala, as under the TTD manual, only Hindus should be appointed in the TTD.
