Guys check his prior convictions. He was involved in drug trafficing and has been in and out of jail many times. Normally before they step out of car police looks at the car plate number and gets all the records associated with the owner of the car. Two incidents have to be seen in different perspective. In NJ they expected him to carry gun and fight, instead he ran away from cops.(Away is key, cops fired multiple rounds, one hit in butt and another on his shoulder, both came from back.) In OH, suspect is running away from cops and towards his car, his car can be used as weapon, or a deadly weapon in car. Mostly he is huge guy, and when cops encounter huge guys they will ask them to lie on ground with hands on his back. Assume cop trying to place handcuffs on his hand while standing, and this guy tripping and falling back, cop head will smash like water melon. If I'm not wrong, I think he was asked to lie on ground and then tased. | ||

There are many cases in US, cops being shot for stopping vehicle for speeding or wrong turn etc... I agree there are bad cops but not all cops are bad cops.
