naa diet, morning 2 spoons oats cook sesi..oka guppedu walnuts, oka gupped almonds, cranberries, inka emaina froots, oka 2 table sp honey esi thinesta... lunchi ki 3 roti with bhaari ga curry(made with less oil) ...evening raagane 5 ki oka avacado/whole grain chips...7 ki lite ga curry and buttermilk... thats it...madhylo oka coffee or tea in office Dharmam gelavani Chota... Tappadhu Kathula veta ... thappu oppedho.. samharam tarvatha !! |
