around 30 vunkl...

like i said body needs adjustments, but both ways work. again my point is we dont have to be on extreme side of things. there are alot of profession athletes as an example.

you think a swimmer can survive on eating 5000 calories worth of protient. they carb and fat intake is tremendous.

when people think of being athletic they think of treating it as weightloss. weightloss is just one of the outcomes.

my run and bike experience on both diets not much different, it is because, my workouts were a routine of my life at that point of time. i havent run in a while, and havent biked in almost 2 years. but i can run a 5k thrice a week, 10k once a week. hopefully :D, and i havent stuck to any diet yet. tummy suttu small layer form ayyindhi.. but im not too worried.

Exercize related kadhu...but most of the diet plans you see in health columns of magazines are based on women...health food by default you will see salad, fruit..grilled chicken or fish.

because women are more into this getting into shape thing than men..so, be careful when you get into these diet plans...men need a lot more than women..we need to eat fat..even saturated fats..enough carbs and proteins..

men oka 10 pounds ekkuva unna parledhu...but we need to be active..agile..and have tima tima..salad thini applees kaya kani thini padukuntey no tima tima...tharvatha mee ishtam..

This is what i realized recently. Muscle building is not easy if you go with diet.

One of my gym buddy told me to follow no rule diet for couple of months and see the muscle build. Amazing man. Muscle recovery was excellent and i could see result which i could not achieve in years.

Forget about diet, fat, oil etc.. just eat fully like u used to eat in india on festivals. And hit gym .. run every day for 6 to 8 miles.

never thought i could lift such heavy weights.




may be right.. but abdomen fat taggalante diet control undalsinde kada.. right?

30+ lo without eating sparingly lower abdomen fat thagginchadam next to impossible ani naa idi naa adi...
