As of now not planning to touch the tub which is in pretty good shape. All I need is help bringing in the vanity/top/sink from the shop in to the bathroom and in place and dispose off the old ones to landfill. rest all easy work (flooring/painting etc.) Maa dagagra ayithey, I have couple of people I can call for few hours and pay them 20-40 per hr and finish the rest on my own. Guri, Rustoleum deck restoration ani youtube lo bunch of videos unnayi. I followed most of it. First scrubbing try chesanu kani, it took a long time. Our deck is around 500 sq ft. Pressure wash with water and then with soap, then again with deck cleaner for any left over residue. This took one weekend following weekend water to clean chesi dry avvagane one coat, next day another coating vesa. Coating as it is ga video lo unnattu chesa. Yearly once chestunna. Right after rainy season is over. | ||

easiest job (provided the flange is not broken) 1. cut off water. 2. Flush the toilet couple of times to empty the tank. 3. Get the remaining water from the tank with a sponge 4. Remove the water hose, and the tank (by taking out the plastic screws ath the bottom of the tank) 5. use a plunger and flush the water in the toilet to your best. 6. Use the sponge, get the remaing water from the toilet seat. 7. If the toilet seat is caulked, use a utility knife and scar/cut it around the toilet. 8. Put a old rag on the floor and remove the seat by removing the two screws. 9. put an old rag into the toilet pipe to prevent fumes/ gases. 10. clean all the old wax. Once eveything is clean 11. Install the new toilet following the instructions included. 12. Buy the elongated boxed toilet from Sams. Comes with the wax ring, hardware and everything. tips: 1. after cleaning the floor of old wax, etc....place the new toilet in placeand draw along its foot on the floor with a chalk piece, makes putting in the toilet bowl with wax ring easier. 2. To install the was ring, lay toilet seat flat and press the wax ring hard so that it sticks to the toilet. | ||

by the way, helped my brother-in-law with lamination in my sister's home...one of the easiest jobs, just furniture moving okkatay talakaya noppi...just make sure to level the floor before you put lamination and leave some space at edges for lamination to settle during winters/summers expansion and contractions. | ||
