Chinese chinese Chinese .. they are simply gulping up this world .. no stopping.

US,Canada,Aus,UK,NZ they are just buying mad every where ..just look at the real estate prices in these countries in last 3-4 yrs..especially Canada and Australia.

they started buying old industrial estates, big land blocks and real estate agents selling new estates in china directly.

go to www.juwai.com ..unless those countries put some stringent regulations on foreign ownership..common man in those countries cant afford a house in future.

But if you got inherited land pre 90's time, appudu India lo dead cheap, you would have made a killing. converse scenario in US, there is the exploding growth of places like bay area where you put 450k in housing market in 2010, now touches million almost

OptionA(Real-estate)-100% down – Buy 10 lakhs rupees ($20k) home in 2002 and now it is in and around 60 lakhs ($90K) 2016. (No risk or zero risk, use ur rental income for maintenance and pay taxes) PROFIT=50Lakhs ($75K profit)
OptionB(Bank)- Future worth of 10lakhs with fixed 14Yr FD with 8% rate will give you around 29lakhs($43K)

USA
Option A – Buying a Home in USA for you to stay.
20%down for a home value of $100k*
Interest rate in 2002 is around 6%@ 30Yrs or 5%@15yrs – Let’s say u did 15Yrs@5%.
Total bank payments will be $114K+Down payment 20K = 134K
Present valve of that home is around $160K per home price index (Risk of renting, leasing, and maintenance included)
Net cash profit =$26K Profit

keep open eyes on it....

Investing and making profits in USA is wise($$)..

2 years back land for 6 units was 100K and ready to give for 90K. now they are asking 310K...

44 cent singlehome land was 48K.. Now no where we get for 75K..

2 bed or 3 bed condos were 50k to 90K.. bataneellu laa gaa konukovachu that time.. now no where...


anyways, keep eyes open for them and for the opportunity..
