US,Canada,Aus,UK,NZ they are just buying mad every where ..just look at the real estate prices in these countries in last 3-4 yrs..especially Canada and Australia. they started buying old industrial estates, big land blocks and real estate agents selling new estates in china directly. go to www.juwai.com ..unless those countries put some stringent regulations on foreign ownership..common man in those countries cant afford a house in future. | ||

Investing and making profits in USA is wise($$).. 2 years back land for 6 units was 100K and ready to give for 90K. now they are asking 310K... 44 cent singlehome land was 48K.. Now no where we get for 75K.. 2 bed or 3 bed condos were 50k to 90K.. bataneellu laa gaa konukovachu that time.. now no where... anyways, keep eyes open for them and for the opportunity..
