I dont have at&t either. I have t mobile. we are using the phone on t mobile net work and its unlocked. If the website does not work call the customer service.. they should be able to help you.. They dont care if you use at&t or T mobile to unlock the device.. the instructions in your first post worked for me a week ago.. If some thing has changed in the past one week .I dont know.. call at&t customer service.. | ||

I dit not buy at&T plan. Just bought phone and switched on. When I go to website and say non at&T customer,It is asking me to verify with current carrier to unlock it. When I select at&t customer,It is asking for phone number which i do not have. I called customer care,even they are asking my at&T number. What option you selected and how it worked for you. Pls explain. | ||

Raajaa , It worked for me few days ago..brought Lumia 640 at&t go phone to send it to India. I was able to unlock it through their website. It took me about a day as the website did not work initially. | ||
