Moving violation kabatti, if you pay fine .. Your insurance company will catch you for premium increases . Of course you can take a driving class But starc advise is the right thing. If the light is not really broken, you can submit a form from mechanic and ticket will be waived . Just call the court and ask them( don't mention cell phone  ) Even if you don't want to contest, don't just pay the fine. Call court and they will ask you to submit a letter. Generally, they will change it to non moving violation so that way insurance company can't get you. They will be happy as long as they get their revenue( fine) | ||

It could be a faulty break light. It happened for me... once a friend following me said that one of the brake lights was not working... but when checked at home it was fine. I did not replace... but recently when I took the car to the dealer he did point out that one of the brake lights was not working properly so got it replaced. Have a mechanic check it out | ||

Ninna phone lo matladuthu pothunte..cop pulled over then after looking at docs said..going by your record..will not give you ticket for talking on cell phone while driving..because that will cost you points/insurance etc but ..your rear brake light (right side) is not working..daaniki ticket giving ani..ani.. seppi ticket sethilo petti vellipoyad.. later in the evening ..intiki velli soosthe..brake lights have no issue.. ippudu kim karthavyam...court ki velli contest seyyadama..moosukoni $54 kattadama.. please advise |
