need to play aggressively in ODI and T20. Either the captain should be aggressive or team should be. Ganguly is very agressive...kaani sagam mandi neerasam gaalu undevaaru. he used to go upto finals and lose them. Never won anything big. Dhoni came..he got players like Gambhir, Yuvaraj, Raina, Harbhajan etc. That's the reason we won world cups.
