The body was discovered at around 7:00- 7:20 PM - the CMO came a few minutes after she was informed. She examined the body and pronounced him dead - wrote out her report and handed it to the police who came a few minutes later. News started spreading about teh suicide in the campus. The Police were also there during that time. In fact all these formalities went on until 3 AM - and the body was taken for Post Mortem at 6:30 AM. The honorable Minister says - No one was allowed near the body, No attempt was made to revive the baccha. All the while when the doctor who saw him pronounced him dead and her report says - Rigor Mortis has set in by 7:30 PM itself. | ||
