Akkada emundi spl and many nyc places lo same food options ane vaallaki naa answer - it is total package deal - good quality food, operational / serving model, branding etc... Subway lo there is no major secret recipe.. Just sandwiches... You can get the same in any Deli.. But why only subway clicked ? You can get authentic / better tasting tacos, burritos in many local mex places.. But why chipotle clicked ? So same desi food but prepared and served differently (not greasy or stale) and targeted for diff audience Don't say you don't have enough time.
