I fear, you are rushing to give the guy a clean chit without considering the complete actions of his. He is part of the anti-India demonstrations of JNU. We may/may not have the video of his shouting slogans (the Delhi Police claim they have one!), but he did play a role in "applying to the JNU administration about a "cultural event" without adequate info, but the event actually turned out to be "a protest against the judicial killing of convicted terrorist Afzal Guru. Also, KK is part of the gang, that is planning to hold 18 similar events across other univ campuses. I dont know why you ignore all this and more, and rush to give him a clean chit by portraying this as a left wing vs right wing issue. When slogans and events are organized against India, it is not just a right wing issue. It is the issue of the nation. Time and again .. so called liberals remind that "Desamante matti kaadoy, desamante manushuloy" .. and when these so called students said they will fight till India is destroyed, what are they saying? That they will destroy Indians? And people (like KK) who support such treason, should not be tried? Dont let the focus off such horrible crimes, by trivializing it as right vs left.
