I.e. 10 seconds between each exercise

Née post lekkana body transform kaavali ante
Don't spend single rupee for trainer
Ask him to do following exercises

1. Sit ups ==> 10 reps
2. Burphee ==> 10 reps
3. Running one round or jumping on high knees or skipping for a minute
4. Push ups and pull-ups start with 10 reps

Above exercises are enough. With in 3 months u will see great change.
Of course diet is more important
Stay away from oily and junk foods
Eat more veggys either raw or boiled.
Also protein like chicken breast or grilled fish
Driving is my PASSION.

but at least 2 hours in a gym..3/4 days a week..

strength and cardio..not compromising on flexibility..this is key..kandalu perigithe..arm rotation will change and bowling action will change..personal experience tho septhunna..he has to very careful


cut down on intake of sweets/junk/biryani types

to lose weight.. ask him to do Cardio exercises.. Elliptical, Treadmill, or running.. increase the speed as time goes.. any day you have to do until exhausted (the highest you can go).. keep normal diet.. with more liquids.. once the fat is gone then can concentrate on fitness..

please give me a diet plan that should work for a cricketer to reduce 10kgs weight yet maintaining the same levels of stamina.

i think it is time to focus on his physique..,muscular build avasaram ledhu jut tone authe chaalu ..choodagane athlete look raavala..

suggest some good exercises (gym equip is fine) and matching diet. aidvad gyms lo trainers ki diet meedha antha idea ledhu ..
