This is not true.. From my past experience PIMS has nothing to do with client/employer etc.. PIMS is some paper/digital trail communication that happens in the background between Kentucky center and your case processing center (3-4 week process).. you run into it when there is less than couple of weeks gap between your approval date and interview date.. If you go to visa interview with in 3-4 weeks of approval date, VO may have to manually trigger request for PIMS verification in background as he couldn't locate the entry in PIMS system. That check takes 3-4 days... best case is always make sure you have enough gap between interview date and approval date.. It has nothing to do with admin processing and or any colored 221g slips. this is how the process works...kentucky lo oke server vuntadhi...they pull information from dhs...for instance in budugu's case...budugu..client..all details will be ftped to kenutucky server and now they hired some analysts...they will review these petitions...search engine lo they check employer name and some background processing....aa file medha aa remarks rastharu....so consultae ppl when they check the info from the server in kentucky..if info mismatch...you will be give 221g...so make sure when you change the client send an amendment to USCIS....and make sure your employer not in black list... | ||
