before closing.. you would closing cost. moving cost, furniture cost.. bills.. chinna chithaka.. you would be spending at least 10k to 15k and closing cost is another 10k..

so you need 25k raw cash.. at same time you would be paying 10% as down payment..banks look for at least 6 month savings for payments..

they do not check just score.. score is just nominal.. other factors are more important..

first find out your capabilities.. 2 years usa life lo antha save cheshava? house buying is big transaction..

loan ostundi, hard entry ayite around 15-20 padutundi,
even if you get loan ee 15-20 increase avadaniki 2-3 years padutundi
if you dont get a loan ee 15-20 increase avadaniki around 3-6 months padutundi anthe


FICO scores, credit scores are only for House loans, but not for car loans or getting credit cards

any fico score above 700 is good score for car loan and credit cards

score is good but that is not the only thing they check

5-10% is also good, make sure to get 2nd mortgage(piggy back loan ani adugu) to avoid PMI

you dont have to go for pre-approval, picha lite,, mana salaries and income ki automatic ga qualify aiypothav,, so just do it when yo sign the purchase agreement,, ensure you dont screw up accounts with too many transactions

if am not wrong needi around 720 ish la vundochu they consider 3 scores and

will take avg (old bad formula),

-thumb rule db la or bayata::can you pay all bills and survive with 1 salary?

-loan process kooda go with 2-3 mortgages (try zillow also) as kasta risky and

baga long process vundochu
