Simple annai, if you are given 140 EAD, you have to maintain your own status which is not possible unless you apply 485

1. Labor - Will contain Company name, Position and Pay Check details
2. I140 - will contain Your credentials and Company to which you are applying and EB type
3. I485 - will contain your background check, criminal history etc.

ee 485 anedi adjustment of status....now if you are given EAD after 140, you should still maintain H1b status like H4 EAD....H4EAD job changes appudu just I9 form fill chesi join ayipotaru....I140EAD ki ala kaadu company should still file your H1b

So bottomline, they will ask you to apply H1b again and reapply I140 again with new company name
