FLASHBACK : Kodela sivaprasad was travelling from Delhi to HYD, had his business class seat. He saw AP cadre IAS(K.Lakshmi Narayana) was sitting in economy class and asked air crew if that IAS can be upgraded(in his row there is a vacancy.)
