They are the rudest people on earth, both personally and professionally. People take comfort in their identities - i have had meetings where Italians speak in italian to their colleagues and germans speak in german. And backroom politicking will put Indians to shame. But go to Europe And they will speak so many languages in the developed countries. Our languages are no less to theirs. If they can bear a French or German accent, Indian Accenture is fine. The only aspect I see that needs to be addressed is the speed in which Indians speak. He probably wants a gang of his own people. No need to feel bad about such people. Naa team mate tho ivvaala frank discussion ayyindi. He told me on my face. "It is so difficult working with you all - Indians. You use all Indian languages in conversation. It was difficult to accept but he has a valid concern. I just pointed out that it was difficult for us too to understand his accent. "So what is the solution?" he asked me. "I don't know.
