Very unfortunate situation for the girl. But, couple of things that are good out of this: 1) Girl & her parents coming out and filing a complaint - Hope this will make other girls who were victims will be encouraged to file complaints. 2) Police catching few culprits and filing cases. Hope justice will prevail. My views on this, NO MATTER how many rules and laws you bring, it is OF NO USE to control this problem as this problem exists everywhere in the WORLD (meaning rapes). Best way to tackle this is AT HOME and BY PARENTS. Parents has to teach their girls on how to "Trust BUT be careful" and their boys to RESPECT girls and our culture. I am sorry for the thing done to that girl. A B-Tech girl has been gang raped by her friends at Kusuma Nagar of Vanasthalipuram in Hyderabad.According to sources, the girl was invited to a party in one of her friend's house, where she was reportedly offered cool drink mixed with drug. The collegues have later physically assaulted her.They later threatened her not to say about the incidents to any one or else they will not hestitate to kill her and her parents. The fearful girl , at last told the story to her parents, who complained to the police.
