I completely agree with the above statements  But there ends the matter...it is only a wish. It is not possible in reality - unless they change the law. So that has nothing to do with today's announcement, is what I think. babu... Dates will not go forward.... GCs will not be distributed by todays announcement. Todays Report was already leaked in May.. All it says is "we need to give EAD cards to ppl with h1, i140 approved" All it says is "we need to make H1Bs independent from the employers" thats all... no recapture.. no visa dates movement.. no nothing.
