never ever bend chest down towards urs abs you feel more stress
also never pull arms towards yours neck

always remember chest should expand and move little upward direction so that abs go in also arms should got back ward so that your shoulder get locked this is for next level where you do benchpress and other high intensive exercises

but dont try now.

I would suggest you guys start with like this

either sit or stand keep spine straint expand chest pull abs in breathe in and out as smooth as you can never ever try to do forcible. If you feel your tummy is heavey and bulky then give break for few minute and start doing again.

finally you should be doing this all times without explicitly.

this is wrong. U shold not do that. U should pull your abs towards in is different than what u said

when you pull your abs in slightly initially and keep spine strait and expand chest then all will be aligned internally as one line so the oxygen flows in top to bottom.

this is what I experienced and its working out well. If you still not experienced then I would suggest join in any gym like 24hours or LAfitness
take few private sessions with trainer and ask him to teach how to keep core tight then you will know.

remmember regd diet

Weekly one day kada or once in a while kada ani malla kummy tinnavu ante againg it takes few days to keep core tight the more bulky abs the more difficult to keep core tight. So start eating healthy stuff and more number of times.

healthy stuff means leavy vegetables chicken or fish lean meat again no deep frying etc avoid breads, sodas, alcohol, sugars pizzas and burgers etc

What are pros/cons of training with core tight?




core tight is basic posture of exercise. Without good posture you cannot achieve correct result while doing exercise.

But as I said in my first post if a person has too big tummy then he might not do this from day one. First he has to control diet and slowly start doing this. So diet share is 70% and exercise is 30% together you can get lean and 6 packs. If not just forget have tough pleasing food and njoy the rest of life with bulky abs

The moment when your body started moving forward and breathe in and out automatically it core slightly looses and again you try to get grip back

so once you start like this your body adjust to that state. But make sure bigapettinattu kakunda breathe is more important.

Here is the pic that shows what cote tight means

In this picture the person already has lean and strong abs. where as many ppl has stuffy and fatty abs so they might not able keep core tight like the way in pic.

But as I said over the period with strong determination and effort one can do it.

Here is more detailed explanation how I did or doing.

Let the picture shows 100% lean and non-stuffy abs. Where as me had 300% stuffy abs i.e. Apple shape. So I started with 10% keeping core tight initially as my abs are too much stuffy and then started doing cardios or weights. Of course with strict diet. After few months my abs started toning. Here the toning process starts with upper abs then middle abs and finally lower abs which is more difficult but doable.

In between I experienced once abs toring pain so I took rest for few days.
so slowly I increased to 20%, 30% and so on as my abs are getting used to it. Now I am able to keep core tight up to 80%. Very soon I am gonna touch 100%. NO more stuffy abs.

Remember whoever wann get this must follow strict diet and regular exercise. If not very difficult to get that kind of lean abs. If you get pain initially pls see doctor and take enough days rest. Always remember the posture in picture i.e. keep spine straight, expand ches,t squeeze abs towards in and breathe in and out. As smooth as you can but not forcible doing. In case of running keep your posture as how in picture and start with slow speed. After few weeks increase speed gradually. Same with the case of weights. Always posture is more important before you do any exercise.

finally when they are getting lean then you feel amazing. abs also like another muscle. It gives gr8 feeling like when you do biceps curling etc. You can control the way you like and gives clear definition of it. That is nothing but 6 packs. You achieved. But it takes lot of time, dedication and determination.
