may be I should mention VFM instaed of ROI. When i mentioned ROI,I meant from investment on current date but not previous investment and also stability. Small example. IN CRDA One acre of Jarreb land ki ma cousin paid advance of Rs 10K @ 1.34 Cr and next day with rumors of naidu may be arrested, valuation dropped to 1.25Cr and my cousin walked aw from the deal and bought from other person who offered @1.25. Stability and growth needs to be taken into account when you are investing | ||

I too had bad investments in Hyd but if you compare cost and terms poof value it offers between properties of Hyd and Andhra, you may concur with me. As I said all the statements are my opinions. | ||

Post 2 - Political Updates. City is painted Pink. Most of the Telangana people with whom I interacted looks happy with the state split and they have faith in the Govt. Andhra people who are not based out of City are also happy with the state split. Looks like Andhra people who are City based do have their own apprehensions about TRS rule and people are not able to talk openly about their feelings as no body knows how the people will react. | ||

Visited India for 4 weeks. Had a blast and was busy for most of the days. First and foremost, this is not a day to day updates and will write few of my observations. Most of the stay was in Hyderabad as that is my base . Born and bought up there. Weather - Too hot first couple of days and kids were sick. Around June 5th it cooled off. Driving - I still could manage to drive car and even drove it to vijayawad, Guntur for a day trip. Enjoyed the driving on highways but it was little bit tough driving in the city. Daily driver service is really good and affordable. OLA cab service is also very good and it is app based. Food- Visited India for wedding. So numerous events and food catered. Altlead gained 8-1- lbs in 4 weeks. No option for workout. Even though I carried my running gear, could not use it. Last time whenI visited Hyd, used to run on Neclese road but this time did not go there. Wedding shopping. Probably spent Rs 5k on my self .Rest all by HD. Every body in the wedding wearing Diamond jeweler . Looks like Gold is not in fashion anymore. Real estate. As every body saying. Nothing can beat Hyd in terms of ROI if investing now except for lucky people who invested in Andhra region all these years. Visted CRDA and land raetes varying from 95 Lks to 1.6 Cr dependiing on type of land and location.. R2I- Have been thinking about R2I and now decided to do it in next couple of years. Nothing can beat Materialistic life in US but too much monatany in terms of day to day life. May be I am still in Desam hangover for now Cost of living. Cannot compare my expenses during visit and generalizing that cost of living is too much. Spent almost my one yaer income in one single trip but generally it is costly if you want to eat out regularly and want to move with the cool crowd. |
