I am seeing this from my nephews raised in India.. too much pampering well off families.. kids get everything they ask for.. vammoo.. 9 year kids says he wants mountain dew - i say no, my fifteen year old does not drink it.. little guy runs to his mom - comes back saying his mom is ok with it.. i look silly manam R-rated/horror movies choodataniki kids ni allow cheyyam.. there these kids watch all these.. i went through some interesting experiences when my nephews visited from India on vacation.. my little girl looks at me and says how come they get everything | ||

Agree with you. Nenu choosina limited sample lo, majority (or all?) of the 1st generation desi kids totally confused or failures in career and some in marriage also But they don't think they are failed because they are happy / content with 60-70K pay checks.. don't have big ambitions.. 30 or 35 years vachinaa they don't have clear goal or direction.. on top of all these some are in to voluntary services.. which is good but not before you settle yourself ? One guy is in late 30s, divorced, still working full time job with 75-80k and trying some odd jobs from craiglist for 200-300.. couple of guys are running around with some stupid apps for last 2-3 years. seen few female medicos struggling to settle down in late 30s.. still not married one guy IT field lo vunnadu but can't stay at one place for more than 6 months or a year..
