i think business model is something like this: 1. owns/leased theatres in main junctions around twin states. 2. A-class movies adey theatres are all under Raju-Allu-Suresh network. 3. BIg movies ni distribute chesi.. main centres lo own network release tho cost tagguthundi... migilina area lo risk ni mitigate chesesadu. 4. BIg movies lenappudu.. thanu produce chesey mid,low range movies with class feel adisthadu. so he is keeping his cost very low from sets to theatres by cutting middle men for classy movies which run in his network(D-A-S) of theatres.
