In majority cases I agree. That was the slump period for realtors. But in general there will always be some desperate sellers who have to rush the deal or some foreclosure homes. My neighbor bought a half acre lot house (worth 750K in 2009) for 480K recently. That is jackpot. Owners got divorced and were pushing the deal.... bank is offering to those who come up with more cash down payment.... ma vallu entha chesero nenu adagaledu but that was one heck of a deal.
