@Hyder mia,

RE market changed a lot in last couple of years. Buyer market turned into sellers. You can't expect the same prices as '12.

I peaked into the house pictures. The owner had spent more than $100K upgrades just inside. If you include the partial basement, landscaping it could be more than 150k.

In that neighborhood, that house will sell for 950k+ (even 1M) in todays market.

BTW, whatever the owner has done is neither illegal not unethical. Lot of people do that.

-india lo properties pettukoni ikkada apt lo vundi dani value teluskotam=kota eating rice watching chicken (aha na pellanta scene) ani naa feeling

-1 salary la house hold expenses is a very good rule with 6 months emergency funds

-kinda 45-50 ki good house konali aa appudu konatam kaiku re

-u live once buy a home u like (plan accordingly) and enjoy amma

-HYD bro koneyyi chepthanu nachithe if you can down 20% down payment too good vundi house except kitchen cabinets

i have friends who built million dollar homes and spent huge amounts decorating it within 6 months
and have friends in VA bought million dollar home and still live with paper shades and tube TV's

Monroe, Hillsborough remote areas IMO and Monroe high school still not that great. People say it will improve but who knows

Princeton area all homes 15 - 20 year old for similar price

So south brunswick in between for everything ani thinking

at least in summer they can go out and play with other kids instead of we setting up play dates etc
