Don't understand this self- condolence over vote share - retaining vote share that did not get them outright victory in the first place acheivement ela ayyindi - and this despite Modi wave , having power in Delhi .... 53 percent of delhi is not minorities or sickular - first acknowledge the problem with BJP before hiding behind excuses like cong voteshare and freebies - the verdict points to deeper distrust of BJP ..
