I am a project manager over a portfolio of projects - so I have multiple scrum teams each with its SM and PO exceuting for my projects..last year I and my team developed our own model to execute portfolios this way - leaner than SAFe and more suited to the constraints within our company that allowed the scrum teams operate at pure scrum level.. I work on technical side. But I got trained in scum master. so I took CSM exam. 1. Certified Scrum Developer 2. Certified Scrum Master 3. Certified Scrum Product Owner who finishes all above 3 are eligible for certified scrum trainers. Yes. definitely certification will add weight to the resume. Companies will hire just scrum masters to run scrums in agile. | ||
