Why quit rice?? quinoa, Brown and white all are same calorie wise egespect white imm gaa shuru sesuddi anthe thedaa. edhiana limited quantity like udikinchindhi 1-1 and half cup thinte chaalu..

What ever food appa one thing I observed in last one year if you work out and eat responsible (Weekly 2 meals exception manisttam) you can loose 5 lbs in month.easily.. don't need too much life style change

You need not to cut everything.
You need minimum sugar, fat etc. .

you are not eating like pig kaada.. mana daily eating lo fat perige antha sugar and other items emi undavu sami..
