Yes ayyindhi ACL tear + Menascus tear ( Bucket Handle) + MCL Sprain Surgery cheppichukonte 3-4 months lo running start cheyyachu .. 6 months tharvaatha cutting start cheyyachu .. 8 months lo full functions .. This is all when u do rehab correctly .. But the mental part of doing things varies a lot ..... With all the rest and rehab u dont trust ur knee .. I played cricket and i am bowler .. It almost took me 6 months to trust myself in to bowling after rehab because u always have that fear back in the mind about ur Knee .. So what ever u do u think about it first which takes out ur focus .. then after 6 months of playing or so u start forgetting about it .. | ||
