I am also big time customer of amzn just playing devils advocate here .. reliability anedhi nuv shop ki velli nee kallatho chooskoni feel authene more realiabilty anukunta..shipment kosam waiting (unless you have a prime) and hassle of repacking to send it back in case of any issues with the item..except for few miles drive and some good reviews (info) I don't think amzn has any edge over bricks and mortar | ||

Amazon's main source of revenue is its Website. With more and more sites imposing state tax it is becoming less lucrative for customers. In Indiana from this year we started paying the tax and the end result is I rarely order from Amazon any more. Amazon needs to create a fulfillment center in every major town where there is state tax. He should start delivering the goods like how Pizza chains deliver Pizza. If Walmart and Amazon charge the same tax why should I wait for Amazon goods for 2 days and then pay an annual fee? He has to provide a service which no one other can. The best way would have been tying up with KMart which has the presence or taking over the left over stores by Kmart. Coming to the Amazon products, to date the biggest success was h is Amazon Kindle and it is an amazing device. With its whisper-net technology it is absolutely the best ebook experience ever. Coming to his fire devices, they neither look sleek nor have any standout features, adding to the woes he forked android and does not have full access to the play store. No Play Store means no Apps, No Apps means less lucrative for users. If he wants to succeed he has to go with the main version of Android otherwise all his future devices would be DOA. | ||
