I think Yandamuri kept the baby in a hidden place and only put the body in gym sometime before he was caught. Even forensic report says that there were no bacteria, flies etc which tell the body was brought and left there. He bought suitcase from walmart which connects to this behavior. He disposed his clothes and other material evidence so nothing to relate to. But they got DNA in grandma's nails. | ||

Crime happens when there is dire need for money. Or pichodu ayyi undali. Pichollu chala rare. So, money kosam cheyyali... US ki vachey indians come mostly for highend Jobs... so they have a secure source of income. Hence less crime. In this particular case... Yandamuri was gambling and lost money... and wanted to earn it fast and easy. Which caused coldblodded crime. But still.. 15K in debt is not a huge debt for an IT employee... 50K ransom was too low for an IT employyee. He could have earned that in 4-5 months if he controlled house costs with tight fist. This is a lesson for all NRIs... dont gamble for income... if you do it for recreation fine. If you developed addiction.. go see a doctor. Dont put your family and other families in trouble. I feel there is some high-level country-to-country diplomats are involved and diluting the case because Indian govt./NRI community sections dont want disgrace of capital punishment for an Indian. He may get 2nd degree which is sentence for life. 1st degree will be capital which I think is lobbied against. | ||
