as per law wife would be the sole beneficiary but she MUST be present to handle those right?? It cannot be done in her absence and that is what my point is. Even if she is present, still it is NOT easy to go and claim the remaining stuff. They ask for lof of proof. The point is to get benefitted under the law, one has to be present and prove and that is not easy task if not difficult. Last but not least NO one will have time to help on these things. if she leaves the country, she must try her luck by applying for H4(which is not correct) using his already approved H1. But if the consulate asks for any of his details where his life status is involved, she should not lie and that triggers a rejection. At that point, she can request for a visa to get back to states to finalize the left over things on the humanitarian grounds. But if she is lucky, she may get the H4 stamping done wihthout questions. But its too risky as at the POE(port of entry), they may again ask similar questions(like where does he work etc..) for which she should not lie as well. | ||

Very sorry to hear about your friend annai. Best way is to go to India and apply for B2 stating the reason(disposing of assets, etc) to come back. She will definitely get the B2 Visa. Don't try for H4, even if it gets approved they will have issues at POE because a Death Certificate needs to be issued to send the body to India and it usually goes through all these procedures. If she goes for H4 and they get to know this they might black list her. Not worth the risk. | ||

We are Veg and my brother no habits, but there were some family tensions due to which it could have happened. He is working as a Teacher in Govt school. After first attack and stent placement, he got sever ulcers in large intestine and ascending colon for which he gone thru ulcer treatment by my friend (DM Gastro) in Rajahmundry. During this time, he used to feel lot of uneasiness and no proper sleep. And also continuous pain in stomach (at diff places) after eating. Unbearable pain. unable to eat anything. My friend (Gaestro doctor) did colonoscopy and send the samples of ulcers for biopsy to CMC Vellore and the report identified it as unknown ulcer category. And meanwhile my brother developed edima (swelling) on legs & face. short breath. Body color changed to light pale greenish yellow. Then everybody suspected that this could be something with Liver, kidneys and referred to Asian Gaestro. Last 7 days: 2 guys with age below 40 died with cardiac arrest in my known circles. My Brother (47) survived with two severe Heart attacks in last 3 years. Now he is surviving with 35% Ejection rate (normal 70%) and LV Dysfunction. First Attack was very severe and heart got arrested twice while placing stent. Heart beat restored after 2 electric shocks. Then again heart got arrested. This time even after 7 electric shocks it was invain and Doctors handsup. Then suddenly heart beat regained with 9th shock and stent placed. Due to this Heart muscle got damaged and ejection rate came to 45% Second Attack is completely different story. It is completely due to the careless procedure adopted by Doctors in Asian Gastroenterology, Hyderabad......I will explain this in detail in next post. My friend and colleague at work died today. He was 35 years old and suffered a cardiac arrest. His wife is on H4. Currently arrangements are being made to send his body back home; she will accompany his remains back to India. However, can she come back to the US? She has visa approval papers...Please advise. |
