US lo releiving letter enduku? Exact thing happened to one of my friend. He was working for a big bank in fraud detection dept and he was terminated for the same reason. HR took it seriously and constituted an investigation. They seized the drive, analyzed it bit by bit to determine if he ever transferred company data. later on, they terminated him. Yes, that is what is happened to my friend too. Client policy, that is the reason stern action is taken I guess. This is where the problem is, From what I read in HR cites, you have to press the company to get the relieving letter incase they deny. I am not sure how far that is true. If it is a MNC then am pretty sure that HR policies of that company will have the relevant details. A word of advice: Never ever let a company terminate your services if push comes the shove then always say that you'll resign and move on without creating any nuisance. A friend of mine was terminated at on-site, USA, after he was seen using a pen-drive with his office laptop. Thanu chesina thappu chala silly ga undachu, but as it is considered company's policy violation he is terminated  Ipudu issue enti ante, they are not issuing relieving letter. He doesn't ask this at the time of leaving, as he was overwhelmed emotionally. After coming out of the rude shock and after being questioned about relieving letter by some of our friends he realized the need of relieving letter incase he comes back to India. DB lo evarikaina ilanti anubhavam ayinda, leka evarikaina ilanti scenario telusa. Relieving letter lekunda he cannot imagine a life in India.
