This year, I have decided to focus on weights and build muscle. Paina plan lo unnavi chestuna since last one half month. Weight loss aitey peddaga emi ledu, but body matram baga tone ayyindi. Muscles build ayyi, I can even see my ab-muscles coming out slowly. Weights chesina taruvata, 30mins cardio chestanu (3miles) for sure ga - 3 or 4 days a week.
One more thing, beginers plan antu emi ledu. Just follow this plan with the weights you are comfortable with and slowy increase the pace. Compound workouts like Sqaut & Deadlifts (barbell) are mainlt important and 1 day completely for leg workouts |

one of my friend works in research areas related to these. according to him latest findings, and based on numbers based indian genetic researchers, the new numbers are for BP - 140/90 is considered natural for indian genes BMI a strict 23, not 25. based on the latest findings indians, should walk more(nothing to do with running or excercise) to avoid diabetes. |

no mandhu .. occasional cig , ante month ki okato rendo.. thats the usual standard... last weekend one year celebrations roju mccallan 18 yr sevisthimi , with old buddy .. ee one year lo eppudu miss ayina feeling raale ... even though almost every day one or two pegs vese vadini prior to an incident that made me take the decision... ee one year lo achievements , VB Champs(icing on the cake, a friend of mine who had a heart attack on the same day last year, one the player of tournament ), cricet third place - few years back ninsi thuppu patti poyina players team form sesi adaam, with a month of preperation... was definitely great fun.. gave tough fight to really good teams. our bowling surprised most teams. running , ready for half marathon, ee year end ki oka race lo taking part. weight down from 190 to 163 in 10 months. career wise saana changes avuthunaayi.. still contemplating whether to stay or move to a different job. |
