MyfitnessPal lo log chestu untanu daily food. Indian food itemski kuda unnayi calori info andulo. Ofcourse, may not be exact though.

My calculation is simple, take 1500 cal (based on food log) and spend 300 - 400 just from cardio. Mana food log lo unna errors ee cardio tho potayi

Last week 90lbs bench press chesaa

Ended with tennis elbow :-(

Took medicine and one week rest.

Again I have to start from tomorrow

I feel so good even when I am running 8 speed
And 4 elevation

I feel my body is very lite :-)

In weight work out. you burn fat and build muscle. For that you are not reducing weight.

If you have excess fat, it would get burned. You need not to worry about it.

Weight loss lo nivu calories deficiency create cheste muscle growth undadu. You will look pale and you loose muscle along with fat.

Fat % entha undo chusuko.. I was 175 when i had belly.. bulji etc. After doing workout i became lean and belly gone still my weight is 170. Here i burned fat and i built muscle. I look lean but my weight did not had much change.

Diet means eating healthy. Eat good food and workout. do not look for weight reduction. Look for structure.

More muscle more metabolism and you burn more calories in day. . 2k calories is must. If you reduce 2k calories then you feel weak.

you might loose weight but once you come back to 2k calories you will gain weight. this does not work for long.. only solution is building muscles.

Idi na profile. I have been doing workouts on and off since 1 year. Last november lo 158 lbs mark touch chesanu, then work busy valla break vachindi.

Aug 1st nunchi malli start chesanu. By Dec 1st (4months period), my target is to touch 150lbs. Na workout plan idi

Excercise:

3-4 times a week
Monday: Sqauts (70lbs)/Bench Press(70lbs)/Dead Lift(50lbs)/Military Press(50lbs)/Lat pull(100lbs)
Each one with 10 reps and 3 sets

Elliptical Cardio after weights: 20 - 30mins

Tuesday:
Running outside - 2miles
Shoulders/Upper arms/Forearms - WithDumbbells - 50 - 70 lbs
Abs

Wednesday - Break

Thursday - Same as Monday
Friday - All kind of leg excersises (started with less weights as I have lower back pain) + Pulling weights with ropes (100lbs)

Saturday - Swimming (Intermediate level) - 5laps of 25meters
Sunday - Break

Diet:
My day starts at 5am with 1:30 journey to office.
Breakfast: Omlete with 3 eggwhites
Lunch : 1.5 fist of Oats+hot water+regular curry
Snack: Greek Yogurt
Dinner : 6:30 Pm - 2 slices of chicken/fish grill
Post workout: Protein shake

Result in 3 weeks: No change in weight. I expected this since our body starts storing water in the initial days. But I could see that my body is getting toned.
