Coolmac:morning workout super antaaru gani..some how I did not like it..I tried and quit... evening happy ga vuntondhi... reason is evening konchem energy tho veltham gym ki..and there will be lot of people out there to get motivated in gym... after coming back nite nidra super ga vuntondhi... morning malli happy ga office ki velthunna.. and one coffee either morning or evening...its not that my body is asking for it..but pure ga naa wish kodhi taaguthunna strictly once a day..

Naaku evening 3 ki full tired untunde bhayya.. by the time i go home i used to crash literally... doctor deggariki pothe blood test la everything was normal except Vitamin D.. he said this might be the cause... Eat whole grains and heavy break fast annadu plus vitamin D supplements.. i am feeling better ane cheppali.. may be its in the mind but i feel better and not crashing any more.. |

ee madhya early AM workouts regular gaa seyyatam walla, having a a drink of caffeine half hr before workout then office kee vachay sariki around 10 am total system down ...need a cup of high caffeine tea to get buzzing 2 - 3 hrs after that...again system crashing...feel like need another cup lunch kee time set cheyyadam, potty break ilantivi chesi...kastam gaa inko 1-2 hrs podigisthaaa ...but still feeling down, brain productivity is very low and drifts a lot max 330/4 am kee inko cup padaali...appudu malla till 6 pm , work seyyagalan ...sometimes whole day's planned work which could take 4-5 hrs takes half time veezy gaa 3 high caffeine drinks per day and I make it a point to not have one after I go home, unless working late licked! |
