Already cheppa kadaa that i dont know current market price ani. I paid around 32L 3 years ago and another 1-2L for wood work etc. sometime ago 40-45L vunnayi annaru but they must have come down now due to T issue guessing somewhere around 35-38L as market price now. location is good but not rents :-( hi-tech city ki ee huda layout vunna gayatri nagar ki madhya lo ayyappa layout vuntundi... which has been in news recently.. so ayyappa society lo prices/rents takkuva relatively due to illegal constructions.. none of them are documented. So even though this layout is less than 2-3 KMs from hi-tech city.. 12K max rent.. present 10-12 lo vundi present market idea ledu. flat all rooms wood work done, iron grill for balcony, mosquito nets etc all necessary work needed for typical hyd flat done.. one family with kids living there for last 3 years.. so u can imagine all the amenities etc Don't say you don't have enough time. house values depend on lot of factors...2006 was almost peak of the housing bubble...alagay 2006 lo school district baagundi undavachu, which might have gone bad in the recent years, this happens all the time with school districts. Inka most importantly, timing and luck also plays a factor. | ||
