This is not because of inflation annai. India charges 100% tax on engines/parts imported for Automobiles.

Most of these engines/parts are made abroad as their sales do not make sense for them to have an assembly plant in India. So Engine which is the most expensive part will cost twice as much as any where else in the world thereby increasing the cost of the vehicle.

main problem enti ante gajularamaram is close to balanagar. industrial area.. kp lo traffic ki unde pollution ki ee industries nunchi vache poga additional advantage. friend vallu okappudu undevallu ikkada.. daily eyes burning, itching sensation on body etc etc..

I agree with you. Not a place for residential. Quarry area.It looks like abandoned place. During peak time 2007-09, time price went from 4k to 9k. Nobody is interested to construct. Just change of hands. Better go towards Serlingampally or Gachibowli extension
