I don't think there is any time limit. As long as the H1B program is there, you can recapture the time. One thing I am not clear is if the time under which he was in a Diplomatic role, would that count against H1B time ani. | ||

deeniki time limit edaina unda ?? a friend of mine, works for UN ..he was last on H1b in 2005..he has few more years left out in his first 6 years of H1b now UN is planning to off shore their jobs..so for him to stay back in the US..he needs to go back to H1b..can he go back and claim the time now ?? |
